Largely because it is far more complicated that either reason (logic), numbers, (identity), operations of measurement-and-ratio (relations), and physics (causality). It was the hardest problem to solve because there are no constant relations to measure except at very large scale (aggregates).

I just had to fix Praxeology, and it took me over a decade.
