At all. Where, one or two sips of wine, and most vodka, sends me for my inhaler in moments.

Now, I haven’t sent the stuff away for analysis or anything, but I assume that it’s gentility is due to two factors.

1) It’s 80%+ corn (american meaning of the term) rather than wheat or rye

2) It’s charcoal filtered prior to distillation by the Lincoln County process.

I’ve tried using a charcoal water filter for vodka and that seems to help a lot. And of course, most of us know that if you put vodka or gin thru these filters six or seven times they become almost tasteless.
