How would you test that theory? Especially when europe is a vast open air museum, and the rest of the world is not. I think many forms of expression are harmful and few are beneficial. Is tagging art? Or is it pollution? Is Critique (capital C) art, or is it disinformation?

@curtdoolittle @DegenRolf Don’t you think that elitism tends to generate bad art(and bad society)? It creates unrealistic expectations for the artists and the audience, ripening opportunities for exploitation by the art world to market style as as an objective value.
