And that’s what military training fixes. It fixes the selfishness of purity and converts it to collective purity, and that’s what converts a boy into a man. So at least I begin to see the source of the problem. Before, I just saw dominance and loyalty but purity is the problem.

This process is kicking my a– but the purity problem is the reason the right fails. it’s a kind of selfishness that I wasn’t really aware of. I saw it in the commons sense but I never really understood it as selfishness before. So that’s why the right fails over and over again.
