Baiting into Hazard (irreciprocity). Fraud on a longer time scale. Same as check cashing services. Same as Usurious Loans. Except we let the entertainment business, and the Patent Trolls get away with what we’ve outlawed in every other industry. Why? 20th Failure of Law.
