Hmm.. 1- Soft determinism: the universe operates by deterministic (regular) rules, which is why prediction is possible. 2 – Science for Truth (Decidability) and Philosophy(Preference) for choice. 3 – Penrose is speaking of mathematical measurement b/c high causal density.
