@JodyHighRollr @RumorDr @essential_1492 He was a lifetime low-life criminal engage in yet another crime, who resisted officers and should have, had he not resisted arrest, ended up with another ‘cycle thru the system’ for his crimes. Unfortunately, resisting an officer supported by ‘unfit’ parters and accidents happen.
