There are no non trivial conditions under which we need not think. Only the trivial can be habituated and idealized so that it can suffer in the minds of children and fools.

@fryskefilosoof … the state has eminent domain, it’s that you cannot use a right of property insured by your fellows to seek rents by abuse of that insurance.
This is a great example of that there are no unlimited rules. Reciprocity even fails in war. We want ideals so we don’t have to think.
