@curtdoolittle @FernandoLeanme #Last_post – your comment about large under-classes has some value, but it’s worth noting (and “race realists” NEVER note this) that moderate and legal eugenic techniques like Norplant-for-welfare could CLOSE such gaps between groups, racial at root or not, in two generations.
