So the tests are pretty simple: Truth Telling, Realism-naturalism-empiricism, rule of law by reciprocity, a professional bureaucracy free of corruption, and a market in all aspects of life, and the suppression of the rates of reproduction of the underclasses.

@roytapel @JohnMarkSays @NoGuiltStoic … are taking our technology but retaining their cultures and demographics (and china also will drop below 100avg iq by 2050), and south america and indonesia are in for a century or more of slow if not impossible development.
