Justice (reciprocity within the limits of proportionality) is measurable in the case of instances. Wisdom (general rules of arbitrary precision given historical distribution of outcomes) are two different rules and measures. So he is correct. Wisdom =virtue. Justice=decides.

@curtdoolittle it’s hard for me to pull a direct quote but Cicero somewhat agrees with your view of Truth having precedence over Wisdom but instead saying Justice shall be prioritize over Wisdom even though he holds I believe that wisdom is the chief of the virtues
