no, a corporation is simply an organization that is insured by the state, to limit risk, so that individuals can rally capital in a private (state defended) rather than state (militarily defended) interests. Its an insurance scheme.

@curtdoolittle Another problem is the Corporation. Is that a feature of ‘capitalism’ as you define it? I’m just not sure which features you see as intrinsic to capitalism (as a set of features).
