I think that we didn’t do a thorough enough job of civilizing the world, and that we have had europe, the russians, the jews, the chinese to civilize, and now we have the muslims to civilize. Every group we have had to civilize costs us a great deal.

Why do you assert one rule for Europeans but another for other groups?
