STATE CAPITALISM = NATIONAL SOCIALISM [T]here is no difference between NSDAP germany and CENTRAL PARTY china other than the scale of the bureaucracy necessary to administer a more rapid modernization (in china) and a rapid resistance to communism (in germany).
