Sorry. My mistake. I read american indians. (Amerindians). However given demonstrated behavior (Indian race preference in hiring) combined with the “untruth factory” in resumes and recommendations, and record of performance in large numbers (staffing companies), and wholesale citizen replacement (labor arbitrage) I understand the pushback, and expect that given indian dominance in those areas, regulation will be proportionate.
