Make a list of all positives and negatives of each president in every possible domain. Then the incentives that drove each of those. Then determine what domains you were previously measuring vs what domains you were not including in your measures. I am aware of my accounting. I know of few other than the synthetic historians who were. Even then I can easily enumerate their differences.
So I am accounting by limits. Limits based reasoning. I don’t know others who do so across time, vs in time.
