In what world do you imagine that what’s happening in the red sea and yemen, or in the south china sea and taiwan, or the persian gulf and iran, or in the black sea and ukraine isn’t going to spread nearly everywhere on the globe as the USA withdraws from policing of seas, transport, trade, and finance?
