This is correct. I suspect I misunderstood the subtext of the discussion as I hadn’t seen the day’s news as yet. I assumed Elon was discussing reach. I didn’t grasp that it was regarding immigration, deportation, state accountability for overlooking ethnic crime, or Tommy.
