no. Because human consciousness is an evolution of the need to organize the body for movement in space, and therefore both goal, prediction, and organization. That’s all it is. There is no evidence of anything other than mechanical determinism given pressure, spin, vibration, frequency, quanta, and combinatorics. None. All else is just deterministic consequence of the exhaustion of pressure by either expansion into space or concentration into mass, and dissolution into energy (entropy). You would need some evidence of agency. There is none. And any such evidence would invalidate all science by ending deterministic behavior (laws).
