Thinking…. I would say many cycles (reductively, markets at all time scales) of opportunity and exhaustion are predictable but we cant time them. And within those cycles most of what we imagine is signal, is noise. And we have known this since at least the seventies. The problem for common people is learning the difference between cycle, sinal, and noise.
