We’ll it’s not accurate for you. For the same reason racism isn’t interpersonally rational – only politically. Because while we can judge a group by the properties of it’s individuals – hence the enduring truth of stereotypes – we cannot judge an individual by the properties of the group because we all exist in a complex set of distributions within each group.
Thus all interpersonal behavior should be on the evidence of the individual, and all political behavior on the evidence of the group.
