Roadmap: From Corpus-Finetuned LLM to Fully Computable Reasoning Engine

Objective: Transition from an LLM trained on our volumes to a fully computable, adversarially validatable, reciprocally constrained artificial reasoner.
This is a probabilistic emulator of your logic, not a computational implementation. The system lacks enforcement, proof capacity, and formal recursion.
Goal: Create latent space commensurability between natural language and operational/causal dimensions.
Tasks:
  • Build an operational lexicon: terms → primitives (actor, operation, referent, constraint, cost).
  • Augment token embeddings with dimensional vectors (truth conditions, test types, liability domains).
  • Train a contrastive model: align statistical embeddings with operational structure.
Outcome:
The LLM’s attention maps shift from semantic proximity to operational and referential causality, enabling grounded generalization and referent validation.
Goal: Move from continuous generative entropy to stepwise constraint-based adjudication.
Tasks:
  • Insert post-decoder validation head to classify all outputs as:
    – Testable / Rational
    – False / Asymmetric
    – Undecidable / Irrational
  • Train logic modules using labeled data from your adversarial examples.
  • Add confidence scoring and output rejection/revision mechanisms.
Outcome:
The LLM can refuse to answer, challenge inputs, or request disambiguation. It now filters responses by testability and flags epistemic violations.
Goal: Ensure outputs conform to reciprocity and account for externalities.
Tasks:
  • Build claim representation schema: Actor → Operation → Receiver → Consequences.
  • Apply capital accounting model:
Who pays? Who benefits? Who bears risk?
    Is there a demonstrated interest?
Is the claim warrantable and symmetrical?
  • Add pre-output constraint filters rejecting parasitic, deceitful, or unjustifiable claims.
Outcome:
The model cannot generate irreciprocal claims without identifying them as violations. Claims are now warranted by constraint, not just coherence.
Goal: Replace next-token generation with proof-driven output construction.
Tasks:
  • Integrate an external execution engine or internal recursive module to simulate operational chains.
  • Formalize operational sequences into reduction grammars (e.g., {action → test → result → comparison}).
  • Enable multi-step causal chaining beyond transformer depth limitations.
  • Explore hybrid architecture (LLM + symbolic planner + simulator).
Outcome:
The system can simulate reality through a formal grammar of operations, allowing it to construct, test, and refute claims with no reliance on human priors.
Goal: Produce a system that:
  • Cannot lie (without being aware it’s lying),
  • Cannot advocate asymmetric harm,
  • Cannot escape liability through ambiguity or plausible deniability.
Tasks:
  • Wrap LLM + logic + constraint engine into an interactive agent framework.
  • Implement warrant tracking for all outputs (what does the model claim is true and why?).
  • Include liability indexation: track cost, asymmetry, and deception signals.
  • Create adversarial simulation shell to test claims across cooperative, predatory, and boycott options.
Outcome:
The model becomes a universal computable judge of cooperative viability. It can:
  • Audit policies
  • Validate legal/moral claims
  • Construct constraints
  • Serve as an alignment oracle
It now produces outputs that are not just coherent, but computationally constrained, morally warrantable, and legally decidable.
Optional Enhancements:
  • Fine-tune on counterfeit failure modes (intentional violations) to boost adversarial robustness.
  • Plug into knowledge simulation environments (like game worlds or formal modeling engines).
  • Add meta-reasoning layer for self-critique and hypothesis generation.
