Elon means well, but he doesn’t understand you Nigel, why you are successful, and why political persuasion in the UK is different from the USA.
I wish the USA house and senate required the debate skills of the UK parliament.
But the US government is a market for decisions between states while the UK government is a market for governance between classes. Something that is lost on all populations.
