So you can forgive women for these things but not other men in other civilizations? Some women do know what they’re doing., Some men do know what we’re doing. Some europeans, jews, muslims, chinese know what they’re doing (not sure about hindus). But it doesn’t matter unless groups coordinate on what they’re doing sufficiently to alter the incentives of the behavior of the elites. European governments didn’t colonize very often. Mostly it was entrepreneurs who colonized, and then asked the governments for defense. In other words, political entrepreneurs are necessary to produce a market for the change in elite behavior. All that differs is whether that market is produced by force, remuneration, or manipulation.
