In other words, intelligence variation is different from defect accumulation.
3) Races cannot overcome neotenic differences in genetic development. These differences emerge at the earliest formation of the neural tube. They complex and multivariate. And IQ is a proxy for neotenic development by race. The rest of the diversity within a race is due to genetic load. And the genetic load of some populations (arabs in general, pakistanis in particular) due to inbreeding, amplies differences.
