Yes, though, I would argue that most adult men who have been in stable relationships do recognize it. And if either men or ‘people’ more broadly, don’t then it’s hard to comprehend why.
And I might suggest that it’s a combination of (a) immaturity and (b) WANTING to deny it, and (c) wanting to deny its importance.
In other words… another example of motivated reasoning. And it’s exhausting.
I have hired women in every company for my entire life to compensate for my proclivities as a man. And those ‘partnerships’ were always fruitful.
