They apply to man in any political system wherein he is defended by the insurer of last resort. There is no contraditction. When we say ‘Natural Law of Cooperation’ this means ‘how people will behave’ and therefore statute law should be constructed commensurably to natural law – which is, by and large what the common law sought to do, and what the constitution sought to establish.
So again I’m not really sure what point you’re making other than possibly either not understanding or attempting to conflate the natural law of cooperation that we observe and the common natural concurrent law that we live under in the constitution (mostly, other than the left’s abuses of it).
