a) Unable to obtain attention in real life, unable to form a coherent thought, unable to speak in other than private language, the desperate male seeks to assert opinion into other’s conversations on social media to obtain attention even if criticism that he cannot obtain in real life.
b) People have no idea who they’re talking to and how capable you are (and how absurdly patient you are) so they don’t recognize they’re wasting your time.
