Common sequences:
1) “Can I eat it, kill it, f–k it, fight it, or use it as a tool?”
2) “I want power money money love sex food sleep.”
3) “I will fight for a) life b) self determination (freedom), c) mate(sex), d) children, kin, kith (blood), e) formal institutions (country), informal institutions (values), anthropomorphic abstraction of the people (god, king, parent).
So, the science says “yes” if you want to say it in poetic terms. 😉
