They decided on their own it wasn’t a violation. They will respond by email generally, and it will not be a discussion. If you got the message ‘you can object’ or whatever it is, then that means it’s automated. If it was reviewed by a person they likely won’t reverse it. We have legal means of reversing these things if you didn’t really violate their terms. But most of the time we find you did.
One time that frustrated me: someone used an alias with hate speech in it, and I retweeted a tweet that was perfectly innocent. So I was dinged for someone else’s alias not what he had said. 😉
