Usually I’d say ask @Whatifalthist if he knows anything of the period that’s interesting, but I don’t suspect this is an area of his interest. Or E Michael Jones – who I’m sure has some idea what to recommend. Otherwise it’s a lot of books and research papers and articles to get the knowledge.

A quick ask of Perplexity suggests the following, and I personally recommend the first one which I think is sufficient.

“Judaism and Hellenism: Studies in their Encounter in Palestine during the Early Hellenistic Period” by Martin Hengel
This work is a comprehensive examination of the encounter between Jewish and Greek cultures in the early Hellenistic period. Hengel explores the profound transformations within Jewish society under the influence of Hellenism, discussing both the adoption of Greek ways and the resistance to them.

“Hellenism in Jewish Palestine” by Saul Lieberman
This book provides insight into the influence of Hellenistic culture on Jewish practices and thought in Palestine. Lieberman discusses how Greek language and ideas were absorbed into Jewish society and how they affected religious practices and daily life.

“The Jews of Egypt: From Rameses II to Emperor Hadrian” by Joseph Mélèze Modrzejewski
This book looks at the Jewish community in Egypt, particularly in Alexandria, which was a major center of Hellenistic culture. It provides a broader understanding of how Jews living in a predominantly Greek environment interacted with and were influenced by Hellenistic culture.

“The Jewish World in the Time of Jesus” by Charles GuignebertGuignebert’s work details the social and religious life of Jews during the Hellenistic and Roman periods, offering insights into how the Jewish community perceived and reacted to Greek culture and rule.
