“Japanese people also have a very high average IQ, and this is an important point because plenty of other countries are relatively homogeneous, but their cultures are inferior to Japanese culture and their people generally have much lower IQs.
“So, homogeneity itself does not make an advanced, clean, safe, and orderly society. Homogeneity in a sophisticated culture with high IQ people is what does that.
