Yes, This is true. It’s also, as far as I know, politically incorrect despite being widely known and understood.
German and English in particular, but latin languages as well, are close to operational in their root (paradigm) rather than conflationary, and the grammar, vocabulary, and discipline specific vocabulareis and logics are low context high precision. So it’s possible to express almost anything. In fact, I spend most of my time arranging words into measurements so that people CAN explain their intuitions.
