So four year liberal arts (nonsense) degrees and universities are in oversupply. And we have no training for high paying blue collar jobs. Worse, we have 15% fewer students in Genz, and the Zoomers are ‘unfit’ for the coming workforce that requires social skill and cooperation in a shared environment. And the change of the training system taking five to ten years, so employers are going to have to ‘raise their own’ until (a) the existing colleges reduce in number (b) the others change their cirriculum.”~~PZ
