The west is hardly throwing everything it has. Instead it is dragging out the war (as was the plan) to exhaust russia’s inventory and production capacity (which is working).

The military was horrified by the launch of the war against ukraine – not because russia was scary, but russian corruption incompetence and planning illustrated that (as usual) the condition in russia is far worse than we expected – and as such if we did go to war, we would eradicate the military in less than a week, but so that RU would have no choice but to use nuclear weapons.

They still hold this position.

The US is trying to use the pressure to get europe to take responsibilty and reindustrialize. That’s what’s happening. And even france has radically increased her budget, and amost two thirds of it is going to nuclear forces not conventional weapons.
