1) as we evolve in your understanding of both present problems and future solutions to them, the differences between our own understanding (model of the world, what is possible init) increase from the norm, and that increase is non-linear.
2) All but a tiny minority of people need to comprehend problems and solutions by intuition and emotional reward. That tiny fraction that can do so is almost entirely male, conservative, and has experience bearing some form of responsibility for self, family and others.
3) So between (a) fundamentalist, libertarian, civic nationalist, classical liberal, ethnonationalist, and national socialist factions (b) sex and class differences (c) ability differences and (d) experience with responsibility differences, then your (our) ability to i) obtain attention, ii) inform, iii) motivate, iv) organize is in a frustrating battle between the overton window and our ambitions. So all we can do is keep struggling so that by the time the overton window catches us, we are ready to ‘act’ to bring about change.
As I’ve told you before, repeatedly, almost everyone in our organization perceives you as ‘one of the only other adults in the room’. But I would, we would, caution you that setting your expectations of others more realistically, and to recognize that your (our) frustration is a natural consequence of leadership.
