You are profoundly mistaken. Power – the capacity to alter the probability of outcomes – is and always will be, a resource produced by the laborers and given to their leaders to organize and apply it on their behalf. Only then can the leader apply that power to the capture of institutions with which to exercise that power.

And no I don’t err. Sorry. Doesn’t happen in general. Absolutely doesn’t in this case.
