I am absolutely convinced that the american postwar program was the greatest political achievement in history producing the greatest effect on mankind in history, and the results are easily measurable. However, when the soviet union fell, but not integrating russia, and then spending the peace dividend on consumption rather than world reorganization, and in particular reforming the bureaucracy, we not only fired the best president capable of doing it (bush 1) but opened the door for not only Clinton’s but Obama’s deliberate destruction of our civlization from within by simple permissiveness.
