A sequence of long term illness(internal infection) + sleep deprivation taking c

A sequence of long term illness(internal infection) + sleep deprivation taking care of an elderly parent + then long covid … and just kept spiraling down. Was pretty sure I was dead a year ago last december. Could barely walk a year ago march. Started improving in August. Still have a partially collapsed lung. I keep incrementally improving and its… a very weird experience. But thankfully I can pretty much think again, even not as hard for as long. 😉
