I think it’s a much more suitable strategy for the hard right who is less adaptable and can only process information in its existing frame of reference and bias.

That’s just as true of the left’s demand for using ‘safety’ because they can’t tolerate divergence or the need for adaptation except to the social group’s frame of refernece and bias.
