No. I am pretty sure as are I think most analysts, that it was done by russia to break the contract with germany. I’d be really, really surprised at this point if it was anything else. It’s the only group with a rational incentive, billions were at stake, and it served everyone’s interest.

This means the scandinavian intel was right all along.
