That is absolutely positively false. However, it is possible that he, like the rest of us, misinterprets events and predicts them inaccurately.

That said, he makes his money on financial investment dependent on these forcasts and you do not. So how do we test the difference between your capacity to forecast and his? 😉

This is how I approach every question of myself. Do I have the means and the incentives and the evidence to claim I know better or is this just an intuition or presumption or error that I hold?
