Invading a country and threatening to invade other countries. (And I have lived in UA and RU.) And any counterargument you make will be childish repetition of propaganda for morons. No one threatened Russia. No one needed to. The US/NATO strategy was to wait until RU decided to reform and join Europe. It was definitely an american mistake to not seize the opportunity for that in 92. But that is different from threatening a country with an economy the size of texas.) Is RU culturally superior in ethnocentrism? Yes. Sure. Is their skepticism of mass democracy justified? Yes. But is their organized crime syndicate that preys upon the people like the boyars of old, treating them as serfs is unconscionable. And IMO we must save them from their government and them from ours – together.
