That’s interesting because every sect says the same thing of every other sect. In particular large numbers of protestants claim catholics aren’t christians. Or those christians that are spiritual or traditional but no theological in their disposition.

Unfortunately you aren’t the arbiter of what constitutes christianity any more than any other person. Instead christianity like all other religions is disambiguated from others by what religions they are not. And that is a relatively simple task. 😉

Furthermore given that christianity is a personal religion with low standards of testable conformance in behavior, then one of the benefits of chritsianity is “it is whatever I myself and my sect understand it to be.”

For the rest of us christians demonstrate similar moral ethical and normative behaviors that differe from those who were raised (indoctrinated) into different cultures with different religions.

You may think it matters what you think. But others only care about your demonstrated behavior. And you are judged in this world, and reap rewards, nothings, and punishments in this world by your actions, not your ‘beliefs’.
