He behaved as he should, which is demanding military discipline, where the point of the monarchy is precisely that discipline – discipline sufficient to preserve rule of law in all aspects of life. As such he was disciplining the individual for not exercising the required discipline in his role.

It is unfortunate the UK no longer practices at mandatory military training and the discipline and in paraticular, testimony and duty that were, as was the teaching of aristotle’s ethics, one of the principle reasons for England’s ascent.

Worse the average Brit is a nitwit moralizing peasant that abandons all responsibility whenever possible.
