The two groups are so genetically different in ability to learn increasingly abstract concepts that they cannot cohabitate in the same polity because the status difference in outcome will always be to the disadvantage of the majority of Arabs – relegating them to a permanent underclass who demands mediation of differences at the cost of their betters.
