Reality:
I’m pretty good with anything, the peatier the better, but American bourbon using the Lincoln County Process of charcoal filtering doesn’t provoke my allergies. So technically speaking I’m sort of limited to that range of products. So while I”ll promote scotch, technically, they’re both whiskey’s, and I need to stick with lincoln county bourbon whiskey.

This all sounds like I drink a lot but honestly it’s only once a month at best with other people with food. 😉 And that’s only since my health’s recovered.
