I’ve succssfully prosecuted a racketeering case against a business selling franchises. Its not all that difficult. I dont understand the author’s point other than he’s frustrated with spurrious claims by common folk. And using rant (emotive) form. That said it isnt that difficult to proscute malfeasance either public or private.
Proscuting anything in the crypto space is still difficult because its a risk not reciprocity biz, and because the court lacks legislative criteria for conviction. Everything tech is harder for the court until a body of cases have creatd a body of law.
