I’m not sure where you’re getting Rhineland from.
If you look at levantine DNA it’s comprised of Arab Mesopotamian, Some Anatolian, Some Caucasian and even some Persian. But they’re 30% or so just founder population.

If you look at ashekanzi DNA it’s european(female) -levantine(male) with some oddities due to bottlenecking and inbreeding.
