If it’s on your neck it could be as simple as a normal biological reaction, it could be a blockage, it could be an infection (most likely), it could even be the result of a dental problem. If it is a cancer it could be thyroid cancer which (I’ve had it) is easily handled with surgery and supplementary thyroid medication. Of the top ten reasons for swelling lymph nodes on your neck only one is cancerous. 😉
